Warranty Coverage
Optimum Auto Group is committed to providing high-quality auto parts and accessories. Our warranty policy covers defects in materials and workmanship under normal use. The coverage details are as follows:

New Parts: Covered for a period of 30 days from the date of purchase.

Used/Reconditioned Parts: Covered for a period of 30 days from the date of purchase.

Electrical Components: Due to the nature of electrical components, these parts are covered under a limited warranty of 30 days.
Warranty Exclusions
The following conditions are not covered under our warranty:

Damage caused by improper installation, misuse, negligence, or modifications.

Normal wear and tear, corrosion, or cosmetic damages.

Damage resulting from accidents, collisions, or external factors.

Parts used for racing, off-road purposes, or any non-standard applications.

Any labor or towing costs associated with replacement or repair.
Warranty Claim Process
To file a warranty claim, please follow these steps:

Contact Us: Reach out to our customer support team with your order details and a description of the issue.

Provide Evidence: Submit photos, videos, or other supporting documents to verify the defect.

Return Authorization: If eligible, you will receive a Return Authorization Number (RAN) along with shipping instructions.

Inspection & Resolution: Upon receipt, our team will inspect the part and determine if a replacement, repair, or refund is applicable.
Shipping Methods & Timeframes
We offer multiple shipping options to ensure timely delivery of your orders. Estimated shipping times are as follows:

Standard Shipping: 7 - 14 business days.

Expedited Shipping: 3 - 5 business days.

Overnight Shipping: Next business day delivery.
Processing times may vary depending on product availability and order volume. Orders placed after 5 PM will be processed on the next business day.
Shipping Rates & Fees
Shipping costs are calculated based on the weight, dimensions, destination, and shipping method selected at checkout. Free shipping promotions may apply to eligible orders over a specified amount.

Order Tracking
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email. You can track your order through our website or the carrier’s tracking portal.
Delivery
Deliveries occur Monday through Friday, during regular business hours (7 AM–5 PM local time).

Ensure someone is available to receive the package.

A signature may be required for high-value deliveries.

If no one is available, the carrier may leave a notice with instructions for re-delivery or pickup.
Note: Delivery delays may occur due to weather, holidays, or carrier-related issues.
Damaged or Wrong Parts?
Inspect your delivery upon arrival. Report any issues (damage, wrong items, missing parts) within 7 business days. Don’t send anything back without an RMA. Claims made after this window may not be eligible for warranty or return.
Lost or Stolen Packages & Risk Transfer
All shipments are FOB shipping point—ownership and risk pass to you once the carrier picks it up. If your package doesn’t arrive within 5 business days of the estimated delivery, contact us ASAP. Claims must be filed within 7 days of shipment. We are not responsible for packages marked as delivered but not received. Please check with neighbors or your local carrier.
